From the Selsey Arms Pub, situated in the Lavant Valley, you can take the safe family ride along the Centurion Way cycle path, or ride off-road around the tracks on the beautiful West Dean Estate. Uphill from the farm takes you to the top of the Trundle overlooking Goodwood Racecourse with views to the coast.

Cycling enthusiasts can ride all the way to the seaside or for a pleasant Sunday - how about the round trip that just happens to pass 5 country pubs along the way!
